RECRUIT-ME-NT is all about offering a unique service to Jobseekers and Employers, having created the Northern Territory’s first ever CV HUB. We have the vision of offering the most convenient and cost effective way to recruit in the NT. In short offering a service that gives something back and adds value to the NT!

Jobseekers can have every confidence their information will receive our personal attention and by using our Unique Career Summary form Employers get to view detailed information about our online candidates. It is our aim that we become a ‘one stop shop’ for both employers and jobseekers and the option of first resort if you want to find work or an employee in the NT. Our CV database is growing on a daily basis having launched our new site in December 2009, whilst the hundreds of candidates who previously registered with us are currently being transferred to the new site.

Our simple message to Jobseekers is use our site to ‘Get Noticed in the NT’ and to Employers 'Check with us first’.

In conjunction with the development of our new site, we are currently running a number of advertising campaigns both within the NT, Australia and Overseas. As well developing an extensive database of all NT employers to add to our existing contact lists and relationships with NT Employers.

Established in late 2008, RECRUIT-ME-NT has successfully attracted a large number of candidates from overseas, interstate and locally resulting in the successful placement of candidates with NT employers, even during the financial downturn in 2009 and we will continue to capitalise on that success in 2010. We have also successfully been selected as a panel provider for the Australian Government’s Indigenous Employment Panel, as well as running and sponsoring 6 Training workshops in 2009 attracting over 150 participants.

RECRUIT-ME-NT was established by Dave Richardson. Dave arrived in Darwin from the UK in 1993. For 18 years Dave worked in the Child Protection sector, holding various positions from Residential Youth worker, Child Protection officer, Legal Officer, Manager and in his last position before establishing the business was the Operational Director of Family and Children Services in the Northern Territory. With an Honours degree from the University of Warwick in the UK, 4 years working in the Non Government sector in South Australia and Senior Public Sector Management experience Dave brings a wealth of experience to the recruitment sector.
